The Cold War Tour focuses in-depth on daily life in former East Germany, on ingenious attempts to escape to the West and on how the Stasi, East Germany's ruthless secret police, terrorized its citizens. We visit the Berlin Wall Memorial on Bernauer Street, a former ghost station, The Palace of Tears which was a border crossing for West Berliners and much more.
